At Reversports, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every football jersey before dispatch. However, if you receive a product with an issue, our exchange policy is outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

We only offer exchanges, not refunds, under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

⚠️ Size issues are not eligible for exchange unless the wrong size was sent by us.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized or Made-to-Order jerseys (name, number, or special design)

  • Products damaged due to customer use or mishandling

  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery

3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share clear images/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility

  4. Once approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided

  5. The replacement product will be dispatched after inspection

4. Delivery Charges

  • If the mistake is from Reversports, we will cover the exchange delivery charges

  • If exchange is requested for any other approved reason, delivery charges may apply

5. Exchange Timeframe

  • Exchange processing time: 5–7 working days after receiving the returned product

  • Delivery time may vary depending on location and stock availability
