1. Eligibility for Exchange
We only offer exchanges, not refunds, under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
⚠️ Size issues are not eligible for exchange unless the wrong size was sent by us.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Customized or Made-to-Order jerseys (name, number, or special design)

Products damaged due to customer use or mishandling

Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
3. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:

4. Delivery Charges

If the mistake is from Reversports, we will cover the exchange delivery charges

If exchange is requested for any other approved reason, delivery charges may apply
